CLEVELAND, Ohio - The first of two MAC rankings have been released by the conference Thursday morning. Six wrestlers were ranked in their respective weight classes.
Undefeated in duals, Michael McGee checks in at No. 2 at 125 pounds in the MAC. Ahead of McGee, Shakur Laney defeated McGee in November but the two will meet again on Feb. 8 in the Monarchs dual against Ohio. MAC Wrestler of the Week, Sa'Derian Perry is second at 141 pounds behind Jaydin Eierman of Missouri.
With a 12-5 record, Kenan Carter checks in at No. 4 at 149 pounds.
