Casey Dolan staked the Lady Monarchs (6-7, 2-3 Big East) to a 2-1 lead in the 46th minute on an assist from Meg Byas before Michelle Frederico equalized for the Bobcats (4-10, 3-2) about five minutes later.
Amie Olton opened scoring with an unassisted goal in the 21st minute for ODU, which hosts fourth-ranked Duke on Sunday.
