ORLANDO, Fla. – After tying her career low with a 68, Charlotte De Corte is in a tie for the lead in the 98 player field at the UCF Challenge at Eagle Creek Golf Club. The Old Dominion women’s golf team sits in 12th after their opening round 288.
With a four-under 68, De Corte collected six birdies and two bogeys. Abigail Portyata finished with an even par 72 and recorded three birdies and three bogeys. Freshman Jana Melichova carded a one-over 73 on the 6,349 yard track. Sana Tufail collected 15 pars en route to a three-over 75.
