NORFOLK, Va. – Iris Achterhof (Groningen, Netherlands) of the Old Dominion women’s soccer team was named to the 2018 United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division I Women's All-South Region Second Team on Wednesday afternoon.

Achterhof was named to the All-Conference Third Team in 2016 and 2017 and was named the C-USA Freshman of the Year and garnered Second Team accolades in 2015. This season, she also garnered Second Team honors.
Achterhof finished second on team for points with 13. Her seven assists were also second on the team and ranked fifth in the C-USA.
