The Cowboy duo moves on in the NCAA tournament.
The NCAA individual championships for men's tennis are fully underway. On Monday, OSU’s No. 24 Tyler Zink defeated Duke’s No. 20 Garrett Johns in the first round of singles play. On Tuesday, Zink returned to the singles bracket and joined Isaac Becroft in doubles.
On Tuesday, Zink faced off against Harvard’s No. 15 Cooper Williams. Zink was defeated by Williams in his last singles match at OSU. With doubles underway, a loss would end Zink’s career at OSU. Zink said the pressure he felt was the same as his first match in the tournament.
