STILLWATER — A new hashtag is permeating the Oklahoma State basketball team's Twitter account, but that doesn't mean its predecessor is forgotten.
Last season, the Cowboys laid a foundation for the team's future through #letswork, a mentality Mike Boynton wanted to see in every level of the program in his first year as coach. Boynton and his players are building on that foundation this year with #c2e, standing for “commitment to excellence.”
“The ‘commitment to excellence' thing is more holistic,” Boynton said. “It's more the program in and of itself and everything we do, there needs to be visible evidence that that's what's going on here.
