Weathers, Calloo, Jones charged with nine counts of malicious injury to property

Forty-nine days after Mike Boynton dismissed Michael Weathers, Maurice Calloo and Kentrevious Jones from the Oklahoma State men’s basketball team, those three former players have been charged with malicious injury to property.

Weathers, Jones and Calloo, along with Imani Ivanya Patterson, were charged with nine counts Wednesday, including two felony counts and seven misdemeanor counts, according to the felony docket on the Oklahoma State Courts Network website.

The document stated the incident occurred Jan. 1. Boynton dismissed Weathers, Calloo and Jones on Jan. 16.

They are accused of shooting the hood, front panel and doors of a Toyota Rav4 with an air rifle, causing damages of $4,500, according to the docket.
