Weather allows Cowboy tennis to play on outdoor courts

A glorious Oklahoma evening resulted in no restriction on the Cowboys’ ability to play an outdoor match.

Friday, weather permitted the Oklahoma State men’s tennis team to play its second match of the season on the outdoor courts of the Michael and Anne Greenwood Tennis Center against TCU. Ultimately, the Cowboys dropped their Big 12 season-opening match against the Horned Frogs, 4-0.

In the Cowboys’ previous home match, they were notified and forced to play indoors. The decision came minutes before the first serve because of heavy winds. OSU players and coaches planned and prepared for an outdoor contest all that day.
