Virginia Tech Defensive Coordinator Thinks OSU is the Best Offense He’s Ever Faced

Virginia Tech defensive coordinator Bud Foster said Oklahoma State’s offense might be the best offense the Hokies have seen during his tenure.

Foster, who’s been at VT since 1987 and the Hokies’ defensive coordinator since 1995, understands the challenge of defending one of the country’s most explosive units.

“This will be the most prolific offense we have played and maybe have played in my time here,” Foster said. “So we’ve got a tremendous challenge, but we’ve got a tremendous opportunity.”

The Hokies will have to take on the third-best scoring offense in the country and try and stop seniors Mason Rudolph and James Washington.
