Travis Ford’s Wednesday night likely went worse than yours.
His bad night started when his team dropped to 8-16 on the season with a 70-55 loss to St. Bonaventure. Then it got worse, as they learned their bus driver, who had driven them to the St. Bonaventure gym, had taken off without the team in tow. A runaway bus driver!
It turns out, the driver taking off may have been a blessing in disguise. According to New York State Police, the bus, driven by Linda Edmister, was pulled over on Main Street in Randolph — nearly 35 minutes from the gym.
