Three Oklahoma State football players test positive for COVID-19

Upon return to Stillwater all Oklahoma State student- athletes, coaches and staff were tested for COVID-19.

Amen Ogbongbemiga became the first Cowboy football player to test positive for COVID-19. Ogbongbemiga said he attended a protest in Tulsa before finding out about his positive test. Ogbongbemiga was a key part in OSU's success on defense in 2019.

Wednesday morning OSU senior associate athletic director Kevin Klintworth confirmed that OSU has seen three positive tests during their testing of over 150 athletes, administration and staff. He did not list the other two cases.

All three cases were reported as asymptomatic.
