Kenny Gajewski is staying true to his word this offseason.
Minutes after the Cowgirls were eliminated in the Women’s College World Series in May, OSU head coach Gajewski said he was planning on hitting the portal hard and that if you were out there, he was going to find you.
On Tuesday afternoon, it was announced that Caroline Hudson, a two-time Atlantic Sun Player of the Year from Liberty, will be a Cowgirl next season with one remaining year of eligibility.
Gajewski went out and found her.
"OSU competes at the highest level... I love how it's a small-town feel, and everyone gets behind softball," Hudson said.
