Sean Brophy hired as Oklahoma State's offensive coordinator

Oklahoma State football coach Eric Morris has made his first offensive staff hire.

On Thursday, OSU announced that Morris has named Sean Brophy as the Cowboys' offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach.

Brophy has worked under Morris throughout his five-year career in college football, including stops at Incarnate Word, Washington State and North Texas. He also played quarterback for Morris for two seasons at UIW.

Brophy earned his first full-time coaching gig in 2023, when he served as UNT's quarterbacks coach before being promoted to passing game coodinator in 2025 while keeping his role with the quarterbacks.
