Sawyer Goram-Welch Withdraws OSU Commitment following Texas Offer

It looks as if a historic blue-blood has again poached the Pokes.

Sawyer Goram-Welch announced via Twitter on Saturday that he is decommitting from Oklahoma State. Goram-Welch is a three-star defensive tackle prospect out of Longview, Texas, who just so happened to announce a Texas offer Monday.

Oklahoma State offered the 6-foot-4, 263-pound Goram-Welch on Aug. 1. He took an official visit to Stillwater Sept. 6 before committing on Oct. 15. He was also in Stillwater for the Kansas game Nov. 16, but when Texas comes calling, a lot of people listen no matter how things seem to be trending on the field in Austin.
