Rylee Bayless out for season with torn ACL

The Oklahoma State softball team lost one of its leaders for the rest of the season.

OSU starting outfielder and leadoff hitter Rylee Bayless announced Friday on Instagram that she tore her anterior cruciate ligament. Bayless made the transition to outfield this season in the five games she played before getting injured. Bayless didn't make the trip to California with the Cowgirls this weekend after learning about the ACL tear on Wednesday.
