Report: OSU Quarterback Zane Flores to Enter Transfer Portal

TRANSFER PORTAL TRACKER

It appears as if the Zane Train has made it’s last journey in orange and black.

Flores, an Oklahoma State quarterback, plans to enter the transfer portal, according to ESPN’s Max Olson. Flores played in nine games for the Cowboys this season (as a third-year redshirt freshman), where he completed 60% of his throws for 1,490 yards, three touchdowns and seven interceptions.

After redshirting in 2023, Flores received a medical hardship waiver for the 2024 season for a lower body injury that he dealt with throughout the year.

He made his long-awaited debut in the Cowboys’ 2025 season opener, coming in after starter Hauss Hejny broke a bone in his foot.
