Oklahoma State Athletic Director Chad Weiberg is set to receive a four-year contract extension, according to Robert Allen of PokesReport.com.
Weiberg’s future had been uncertain, as he had been working without a contract since June. Now, he’ll continue to guide Cowboy and Cowgirl sports for the next several years.
Weiberg assumed the role of OSU’s AD in July 2021 after previously serving as the Deputy Athletic Director. Since stepping into the AD role, Weigberg has made several moves, including the hires of women’s basketball coach Jacie Hoyt, men’s basketball coach Steve Lutz and wrestling coach David Taylor.
