Former Oklahoma State assistant Bodie Reeder could be heading back to Stillwater to rejoin coach Mike Gundy’s staff, though the details of his return remain unclear.
FootballScoop.com reported Wednesday morning that Reeder, currently the offensive coordinator at FCS runner-up Eastern Washington, had been offered and was expected to accept “a position” on the OSU coaching staff.
The Cowboys’ offensive coordinator job is the only vacancy, but Gundy could be targeting Reeder as a quarterbacks coach as part of a plan to promote either offensive line coach Josh Henson or receivers coach Kasey Dunn to the offensive coordinator spot.
