Trey Reeves and Mitchell Solomon have been named to the 2017-18 Academic All-Big 12 Team. Reeves made the first team with a perfect 4.0 GPA in accounting, and he was the only Big 12 player nominated with a perfect GPA. Trey Reeves was literally the smartest basketball player in the Big 12 this year.
Solomon notched a second team nod in mechanical engineering (feels like there needs to be a scale here for engineering majors vs. non-engineering majors).
Reeves and Solomon mark the 36th and 37th players in Oklahoma State history to be named to the Academic All-Big 12 team.
