Points scored is an interesting stat.
It feels like mobile quarterbacks should have a leg up in it, but passers don’t get credit for points on passing touchdowns. They made a whole other stat called touchdowns responsible for to work that out.
So, with offenses booming, points scored is more of a kicker’s deal with extra points becoming plentiful.
