Position Preview: OSU’s D-Line Boasts Senior Leadership and Intriguing Youth

We’ve already taken a dive into Oklahoma State’s deep talent pools at both running back and cornerback, now let’s took a look at probably its strongest position group in 2018, the defensive line.

Newcomers in 2018: Michael Mike Scott (DE), Tyler Lacy (DE), Bradon Cassity, Amadou Fofana (DT), Samuela Tuihalamaka (DT)

Projected starters: Cole Walterscheid, Darrion Daniels, Trey Carter, Jordan Brailford

Projected backup: Jarell Owens, Cam Murray, Amadou Fofana, Brock Martin

Player I’m most excited about

The youth movement. Despite returning a number of seniors, four of whom I’ve predicted to start, OSU has several up-and-comers ready to vie for reps and add to the overall depth and competition in the group.
