UT Arlington’s pitcher Kenedy Hines’ inside change-up hit Wright in the back. Wright, Hines former teammate, slowly walked to first.
“No (it wasn’t intentional),” Wright said. “It probably just got away from her a little bit.”
Wright went 2-for-2 with a double and triple in Oklahoma State’s 9-3 victory against UT Arlington Wednesday in Stillwater at Cowgirl Stadium.
