OSU's backcourt struggles in loss to Kansas State

OSU found itself in another tight game. Like they have for almost the entire season.

The Cowboys fell to No. 11 ranked Kansas State, 65-57. And for the second consecutive game, OSU struggled to find a rhythm on offense.

Kalib Boone scored a career-high 23 points, yet there wasn’t much scoring elsewhere. The only other Cowboy to reach double figures was Caleb Asberry. He chipped in with 15 points and five rebounds, including a steal and a block.

“Asberry was phenomenal in many ways, especially from a three-point shooting standpoint,” said OSU coach Mike Boynton. “We’re going to continue to dig into that and see if we can get more consistent production because that can add another element.
