OSU women's basketball: Vivian Gray scores 21 points to lead Cowgirls past Texas-Arlington

ST. THOMAS, Virgin Islands — Oklahoma State's women's basketball team closed out the Paradise Jam on Saturday with a 60-47 win over Texas-Arlington on Saturday in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands.

Junior forward Vivian Gray scored 21 points to lead the Cowgirls, scoring 12 in the decisive fourth quarter after Texas-Arlington had erased an early 14-2 lead by OSU to trail by just two after the third period.

Texas-Arlington missed its first nine shots and OSU led 17-7 after the first quarter. An 8-2 run by Texas-Arlington cut OSU's lead to 27-22 at halftime.

Gray opened the fourth quarter scoring the first six points to build the Cowgirls' cushion to eight points.
