With the NCAA Championships creeping closer, it’s time to put past performances behind and lace up for an exciting four days of events. While Oklahoma State is undoubtedly prepared physically, they remain mentally composed as well – something that couldn’t be said in recent years.
“We are going to the national meet right now, for the first time in a long time, without any real major anxiety cases,” said OSU coach Dave Smith. “Right now, we got a lot of people with quiet confidence, a lot of poise, and that’s a great place to be.”
That confidence is abundant among the women, despite losing some key members from last year’s nationals trip.
