The Cowgirls entered the weekend with a losing record against teams in their Regional, and that was all thanks to Wichita State. But the Cowgirls got some revenge on Saturday.
Oklahoma State beat Wichita State 6-0 at Cowgirl Stadium to advance to the Stillwater Regional finals. As of writing, OSU could play Wichita State, Nebraska or UMBC on Sunday, where OSU would need to win one of two games to advance to the Super Regional round.
Alabama transfer pitcher Lexi Kilfoyl was nails for the Cowgirls, throwing six scoreless innings, allowing only four hits while walking one and striking out six.
