The Cowgirls have signed Owasso native and right-handed pitcher Preslee Downing to their 2025 freshman class after she de-committed from Stephen F. Austin.
Downing played for Owasso High School where she earn Tulsa World All-World Player of the Year honors in her senior year as she led the Rams to a state title to go along with a 24-3 record. She pitched a 1.10 ERA and threw 261 strikeouts in 162.1 innings pitched last season.
Downing is a three-time 6A-1 District Pitcher of the Year, four time regional champion, has a 76-9 overall record alongside a 1.
