STILLWATER — Including a bowl, Oklahoma State has four games remaining this season, on the edge of the window for true freshmen to participate in games without burning their redshirt season.
Several such players participated in the September blowout of McNeese State, and thus, could play in three more games and retain redshirt status.
OSU coach Mike Gundy says the staff is beginning to look at players who could help the team in the final weeks of the season without surpassing the four-game limit. And the open week gave them a perfect opportunity to get a closer look at those players.
