STILLWATER — The bad news became official for Oklahoma State receiver Tylan Wallace, with tests Friday morning revealing that he has a torn ACL, a source told The Oklahoman.
Wallace suffered the injury in a non-contact situation at practice Wednesday and underwent an MRI Thursday that did not reveal the extent of the injury.
As a third-year junior, Wallace will be eligible to enter the NFL Draft next spring if he chooses.
The 6-foot, 185-pound Wallace was a finalist for the Biletnikoff Award last season, and was on pace for a second consecutive 1,000-yard season.
