OSU football: Spencer Sanders will play in bowl game against Texas A&M

OSU football coach Mike Gundy broke a bit of news Wednesday morning.

Quarterback Spencer Sanders' injured thumb has healed enough for him to play against Texas A&M in the Texas Bowl on Dec. 27 in Houston.

Sanders suffered the injury Nov. 16 against Kansas and had surgery the following Monday.

Senior Dru Brown started the final two games at West Virginia and against Oklahoma.
