MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — OSU won a meat grinder of a football game Saturday, 20-13 at West Virginia, and the grades reflect a dominant defense and a retooled offense playing without quarterback Spencer Sanders.

The Mountaineers 16 times faced four yards or fewer for a first down. They converted only four of those plays. WVU was just three of nine when needing only one yard for a first down.
