John Tyler star athlete Kitan Crawford, a two-way force who plays both running back and cornerback for the Texas program, announced an offer from Oklahoma State on Thursday. The 5-10, 170-pound prospect now has more than a dozen offers from the likes of Texas, Illinois, K-State and others.
Crawford is expected to be a cornerback at the next level, and he’s got a pretty great mentor to help him chase that dream. His high school head coach, Ricklan Holmes, was once a star corner himself — for the NFL most recently, but first at Oklahoma State. Holmes also ran track for the Cowboys.
