MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — A week after missing three of the four field goals he attempted, OSU senior placekicker Matt Ammendola came through in the clutch.
He had a 22-yard field goal with 6:18 to play that put the Pokes up by a touchdown, but it was his 44-yarder earlier that was most significant.
That was the same range he had missed two kicks from last week, but he knocked it through to tie the game at 10 early in the third quarter.
