The preseason All-Big 12 football team was announced on Wednesday and Oklahoma State landed twice as many on the defensive team (!) as it did the offensive team, with outside edge rusher Collin Oliver and defensive back Jason Taylor II leading the way. On offense, quarterback Spencer Sanders — who was First Team All-Big 12 last season — was the only Cowboy on offense named on the preseason All-Big 12 team.
Sanders led the conference in total offense and total offense per game in 2021. He has 24 wins as the starting QB at Oklahoma State. He needs only eight more to tie Mason Rudolph (!
