OSU football: Kelvin Banks Jr. is Cowboys' first commitment in 2022 class

STILLWATER — Oklahoma State landed its first commitment in the class of 2022 with Humble, Texas, offensive lineman Kelvin Banks Jr. announcing his decision on Twitter Sunday afternoon.

The 6-foot-4, 285-pound Banks, a sophomore at Summer Creek High School, picked the Pokes over offers from Texas, Florida State, Arizona State, Houston and Utah.

He is currently the only committed player OSU has beyond the 2020 class.
