STILLWATER — The first domino from Oklahoma State’s NCAA penalties has fallen.
Cowboys center Yor Anei intends to transfer before the upcoming school year, a source confirmed to The Oklahoman. CBS Sports first reported Anei’s transfer.
The NCAA dealt OSU a one-year postseason ban and the loss of three scholarships over three seasons along with other penalties on June 5. The Cowboys announced their intention to appeal the ruling.
But it’s opened the door for players to leave, including Cade Cunningham, the nation’s top recruit.
As of right now, a source said Anei is the lone player who has decided to leave.
