Off-court concerns continue to follow the Oklahoma State basketball team.
The NCAA has issued a Notice of Allegation to OSU following a completed investigation of the men’s basketball program.
The investigation, which began two years ago, regarded former associate head coach and recruiting coordinator Lamont Evans’ alleged NCAA infractions. Evans was fired shortly after the allegations were made.
Upon conclusion of the investigation, the NCAA and the University agree Evans accepted bribes for the purpose of steering players to financial advisors.
The Committee on Infractions might consider this to be a Level I violation by the University, according to NCAA enforcement staff.
