STILLWATER — Lindy Waters III made a list.
Oklahoma State coach Mike Boynton. OSU president Burns Hargis. Other basketball staff members. University staff. The list covers all areas of Waters’ basketball and college life.
They’ve all had an integral part during his four years.
Waters will give back to them Sunday afternoon after OSU plays Yale inside Gallagher-Iba Arena for the annual Nike N7 game with a giveaway, a Native American custom that has various forms.
The Cowboy senior and his family will present special gifts to 16 people following the game.
“It’s just something that me and my family can show appreciation to them,” said Waters, who is Cherokee and Kiowa.
