OSU basketball: Donovan Williams has Cowboys in final six schools

STILLWATER — Oklahoma State’s men’s basketball recruiting is not slowing down.

The Cowboys are a finalist for shooting guard Donovan Williams, he announced Tuesday.

Williams is down to six schools — OSU, Kansas, Kansas State, Texas, Texas A&M and Villanova. He only holds official scholarship offers from OSU, Kansas State and Texas.

“Those are primarily the six schools that are recruiting me the hardest,” Williams told The Oklahoman. “Those are the six I want to focus on.”

Williams, a 6-foot-5 senior from Lincoln, Nebraska, is a four-star recruit on Rivals.com and a three-star recruit on 247Sports.
