The Cowboys will host Texas Tech in football inside Boone Pickens Stadium. And the men’s basketball team’s home debut will happen next door inside Gallagher-Iba Arena.
The basketball team will host Texas Southern as part of the doubleheader, the university announced Tuesday. Tipoff time and TV information will be released once kickoff for the football game is determined.
Ticket information and arena safety protocols will be released later this week.
