STILLWATER — Mike Boynton is not a fan of moral victories.
His Oklahoma State basketball team arguably could’ve claimed two last week, losing to Texas Tech and Kansas squads ranked in the top 15 nationally and fighting for the Big 12 title by a combined nine points. But Boynton takes no solace in a pair of defeats.
"I don't like the connotation that comes with that,” Boynton said. “I don't ever want to send the message losing is OK because we take the floor every day from November until sometime in March to try to win every game.
