But a gray sky with swirling winds was not the scene to provide the Oklahoma State baseball team a perfect ending to its regular season. Texas Tech's Cody Farhat caught Simpson's potential game-tying grand slam on the warning track, salvaging the Red Raiders' cushion in a 7-3 victory that gave them a sweep of the Cowboys and denied OSU a Big 12 title.
