OSU baseball: Cowboys hit three homers in win over Little Rock

Oklahoma State knocked off Little Rock, 9-1, Tuesday at Allie P. Reynolds Stadium in Stillwater to win its fifth straight game.

No. 23 OSU (6-2) hit three home runs as Carson McCusker, Brock Mathis and Kaden Polcovich all went deep for the first time this season.

McCusker and Mathis hit back-to-back homers in the Cowboys; four-run second inning. Polcovich, McCusker and Jake Thompson all had two RBIs in the game, while Noah Sifrit had a career-high three hits.

The Cowboys used five different pitchers in the contest. Freshman Wyatt Cheney started, allowing one run on four hits and striking out two in three innings pitched.
