Chuba Hubbard says he’s finished with OSU football “until things CHANGE.” And Hubbard doesn’t mean Gundy’s shirt. Hubbard means Gundy’s attitude.
Good luck with that.
Gundy in April expressed support for President Trump, which flew under the radar when life was all about the pandemic. But a college football coach expressing support for Trump in June, with the nation roiling over the Black Lives Matter movement, was not going to evade the wrath of his players.
When a photo circulated of Gundy, on a fishing trip, wearing a “One America News” T-shirt, it brought a quick rebuke from Hubbard, the superstar tailback who over the winter gave OSU the greatest endorsement it could receive.
