Oklahoma State’s Chuba Hubbard will play in Texas Bowl

Oklahoma State running back Chuba Hubbard will play against Texas A&M in the Texas Bowl on Friday, Dec. 27 at NRG Stadium in Houston.

Hubbard, however, did not commit to returning to OSU for the 2020 season.

Hubbard currently has 1,936 rushing yards on 309 carries. Playing in this game will give him the opportunity to get to 2,000 yards on the season. Only Barry Sanders has more rushing yards in a season for OSU with his NCAA-record of 2,850 yards in 1988.

As far as what this means for the running back regarding playing one more year at OSU, we won’t know until he decides to make an announcement.
