Oklahoma State wrestling: Chandler Rogers hired as assistant coach at Arkansas Little Rock

Chandler Rogers is heading to Arkansas.

The former two-time NCAA All-American wrestler at Oklahoma State is joining fellow OSU alumnus Neil Erisman’s staff at the University of Arkansas Little Rock staff as an assistant coach. Erisman confirmed the news by retweeting a report by Willie Saylor of MatScouts.

Erisman coached Rogers at Stillwater High School, where he went 169-6 and won four state championships.

Rogers was the director of operations the past 10 months at Air Force in Colorado Springs, Colorado, while continuing to train in freestyle and Greco-Roman for senior-level competitions.

It’s the second straight month the Trojans have added a Cowboy after Triston Wills announced he was transferring to Little Rock in May.
