Oklahoma State women’s soccer: Cowgirls to play season opener at Kansas State after Bedlam match postponed

The Oklahoma State women’s soccer team will start their season this weekend after all.

The Cowgirls’ Bedlam match against Oklahoma on Friday was postponed due to COVID-19 precautions, but OSU found a new opponent with Kansas State. OSU and K-State will kick off their seasons at 7 p.m. Saturday in Manhattan, Kansas. The two programs were originally scheduled to close out the season Nov. 6 in Manhattan. Saturday’s match will air on Big 12 Now on ESPN+.

Earlier this week, K-State and Texas Tech postponed their scheduled season opening match in Manhattan, which was also set to be played Friday, due to COVID-19 precautions within the Tech program.
