Oklahoma State’s introduction to beer sales at football games in last Thursday’s home-opener went off without a hitch.
According to The Oklahoman’s Berry Tramel, OSU reported sales of a total of 4,125 beers sold during its game against Missouri State – close to 10 percent of the 50,000 member crowd (50,103 to be exact) on hand to watch the Cowboys open the season. Better yet: No alcohol-related incidents were reported.
“I don’t see people drinking six beers at a game,” OSU fan Marilyn Pulliam told PFB when asked during Thursday’s opener if she had any safety concerns.
