The Cowboys’ leading tackler has entered the transfer portal.
Mason Cobb, a linebacker with 96 tackles in his first season as a starter, announced his intentions to enter the portal on Saturday afternoon. Cobb also led Oklahoma State with 13 tackles for loss and was second on the team with 11 quarterback hurries.
“First and foremost I want to thank Oklahoma State University, Coach (Mike) Gundy, Beni Tonga and the rest of the coaching staff for blessing me with the opportunity to play the game I love,” Cobb wrote. “Thank you to all my teammates who I can now call brothers.
