Manny Miles often ran around the Oklahoma State football field all the time. Saturday, Miles relived a little of his childhood. Only this time, some big, strong Cowboys were chasing him.
Miles, the son of Kansas coach Les Miles, played a couple of series in the Jayhawks’ 31-13 loss to Oklahoma State. Manny Miles, a senior transfer from North Carolina who never played for the Tar Heels, completed just four of eight passes for 25 yards, with an interception.
“Wish he’d played better, I’m sure he does, too,” Les Miles said. “He enjoyed playing on that field when he was young.
